Do I need a lawyer?

Costs can be saved by considering in each individual case whether the involvement of a lawyer is really necessary or not. Often the first steps can be taken alone in clear disputes.

Experience has shown that you can do without a lawyer, for example:

  • Simple labour disputes (such as outstanding wages, documented overtime)
  • Mutual divorce and uncomplicated financial circumstances
  • Simple rental disputes before the arbitration authority
  • Smaller claims, if you initiate debt collection and in the case of disputes with a low value in dispute

With GetYourLawyer you can easily & digitally have a lawyer clarify whether you need a lawyer and what the costs are.
